MCP server for Unity Version Control and Plastic SCM. Give AI assistants access to workspace status, diffs, branches and locks. Guarded write operations use allowlisted commands and confirmation; install the server through npm.

Get started

  1. Install Node.js 22+ and the Unity Version Control client with the cm command. Prepare an existing workspace.
  2. Replace the workspace path and MCP client in the command below. --print-config previews configuration without writing files.
  3. Review the configuration, run again without --print-config and restart your MCP client. Call uvcs_doctor, then uvcs_workspace_status.
